There’s always something fresh at Saint James Place. Whether it’s a first-run one-act play, an internationally-acclaimed string quartet, an astounding opera, a fascinating historical talk about the Berkshires, or a holiday market with talented local vendors, something wonderful is always happening.
Saint James Place is a year-round state-of-the-art cultural center in the heart of downtown Great Barrington in the Southern Berkshires. Built in 1857 as an Episcopal church, Saint James Place was lovingly restored and is now an intimate and charming secular place.
