Olga Dunn Dance Company presents “New Dance Works!” on Saturday, August 3 at 7:00pm here at Saint James Place, 352 Main Street, Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
This is a one-hour concert of contemporary, new dance pieces accompanied by live piano. Highlights include comedic opera, spoken text, and music by Bach and Chopin.
Tickets $25 at the door, children twelve and under free; first come, first seated.
One of the first non-profit dance organizations based in Western Massachusetts to run on a year-round basis, the Olga Dunn Dance Company has reached thousands through performances, guest workshops, master-classes for the public, lecture-demonstrations for area school children, and outreach programming.
The Company’s mission is to encourage dance through professional-level training, creation of new works, along with mesmerizing audiences throughout the Northeast.
