Crescendo Music’s Carissimi’s Jephte and Missa L’Homme armé featuring two large-scale baroque vocal works by Giacomo Carissimi. The works on the program are: one of the first oratorios, “Jephte,” and his twelve-voice mass based on the famous medieval folk tune “The Armed Man”: Missa L’Homme Armé.
