The Schedule
- Primary Hours: Monday through Friday mornings. (Occasional weekend and evening work as needed for special projects or seasonal tasks)
- Ideal for: Someone who loves a flexible schedule!
What You’ll Be Doing
- General Maintenance: Handling small repairs, painting, and basic “fix-it” tasks around the buildings.
- Groundskeeping: Keeping the exterior looking sharp — think seasonal cleanup, lawn care, and keeping walkways clear and safe.
- Property Checks: Identifying potential issues before they become big problems (leaks, loose railings, etc.).
- Equipment Care: Making sure tools and machinery are clean, organized, and ready for action.
- Events: Set up meeting rooms and theater stage for various events.
What You Bring to the Table
- Handy Skills: You’re comfortable with basic power tools and know your way around a toolbox.
- Reliability: You show up when you say you will and take pride in a job well done.
- Physical Stamina: You’re happy being on your feet and don’t mind a bit of lifting or outdoor work in various weather.
- Independence: You can take a task list and run with it without needing a shadow.
