We believe in the transformative power of the performing arts! Saint James Place brings people together in a shared space where stories of the past and visions of the future converge to create connection, belonging, and inspiration. We needed our website to reflect that belief…and now we think we’ve achieved that!
Our new website is a call to performing arts organizations to become part of our southern Berkshire arts and culture community. It’s also a call to the people in and around Great Barrington who love music, dance, theater, education, festivals, and more, to explore Saint James Place and our arts partners.

The home page leads with a short video that showcases the artists who perform and audiences who attend those performances and events at our distinctive venue.

What’s New? — That’s this, our blog. Our goal is to share this space with the organizations, groups, and communities we collaborate with so they can tell their stories. (If you’re an Arts Partner or space renter, let us know if you’d like to do a feature.)
